Residents take up tar brush and set to work
Fed-up members of the Bryanston East Community Forum have taken matters into their own hands and filled up potholes.
After failing to get a positive feedback from the Johannesburg Roads Agency regarding the problem, they picked up shovels and set to work. The photos below show how they do it.
