General guidelines for schools submitting stories and photos for publication in both the newspaper and website

1. Priority will be given to those pupils who have excelled in their field, or for remarkable events at school (such as if your school wins a district award). All other e-mails will be processed depending on the picture quality, the information attached and if it is deemed newsworthy.

2. Check your picture quality. Fuzzy, out of focus pictures will not even be considered.

3. The picture must be in jpeg format and attached individually, not as part of a Word Documents, Adobe Documents, PowerPoint, etc.

4. Please keep the photos between 1 and 4 megabytes each or the quality is not good enough to publish.
